About competition

Pole Battle League is a series of competitions in pole dance & fitness, where a pair of acrobatic dancers fight each other for the best position in the national and international rankings. The competition was created in the Czech Republic in 2012 and since then, this sports event has spread to several European countries.

Apart from consecutive league rounds, there are exhibition battles going on, so-called Freestyle (there are no mandatory elements and the effort of competitors is to catch the biggest interest of audience).

The aim of Pole Battle League is to support the pole sport as such and to create a healthy competitive environment that motivates athletes to reach better performance.

Competitor's league performance is evaluated by a professional jury and this type of competiton is in a pure sporting nature. In contrast, freestyle competition is more benevolent and allows competitors to perform a real show. Each round of the competition is therefore very interesting for spectators and always attracts large audiences, which with their cheering create a great atmosphere.

TOP contestants, who reach places at the top of the rankings, will at the end of the year move to the international grand finals and will receive valuable prizes.
